The Independent Task Force on Workplace Health and Safety and the Royal Commission on the Pike River Coal Mine Tragedy highlight the need to improve engagement between workers and their managers. Our particular strength is the design of workshops that fit your organisation. Workshops are focused on understanding and improving engagement.

We are familiar with the work of the Independent Task Force on Health and Safety and the resulting Health and Safety Reform Bill.
We have good working knowledge of the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992 and the Employment Relations Act 2000.
